As a Senior Master Data Architect you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Informatica tool suite. You will get the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop MDM strategies that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate has a good experience with Informatica MDM and related tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• You lead the design and development of MDM solutions using the Informatica tool suite, including Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Quality, and related tools.
• You work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new MDM opportunities, supporting the development of proposals and client presentations.
• You collaborate with stakeholders to understand their master data requirements and develop MDM strategies that align with business objectives.
• You develop data models, data integration workflows, and data quality rules to support MDM initiatives.
• You work with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts (including off- and nearshore resources) to implement MDM solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• You lead and mentor junior architects and developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
• You manage project teams, offering guidance, support, and mentoring to team members.
• You monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• You communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• You stay current on Informatica MDM best practices, new features, and updates, recommending enhancements to the platform.
• You manage relationships with Informatica and other third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with business objectives.
• You work closely with the IT team to ensure that MDM solutions are implemented in a scalable and secure manner.
• You collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize MDM initiatives and develop roadmaps for implementation.
• You develop and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use the Informatica MDM platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management.
• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Quality, and other related tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering MDM projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with other MDM platforms (Reltio, SAP MDM, Stibo) is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as Informatica MDM Administrator Specialist Certification, Informatica MDM Developer Specialist Certification, or Informatica MDM Architect Specialist Certification, are also pluses.
