Your journey with us
  • Act as the primary client contact for high-profile accounts, combining operational ownership with relationship management
  • Lead and coordinate near- and offshore DevOps / DataOps teams, working in agile delivery models
  • Own the service roadmap together with platform architects, lead engineers and product owners
  • Ensure delivery of new requests on time, on budget and on scope, with clear risk and dependency management
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of your engagement, including:
    • Overseeing incident handling, escalations and root cause analysis together with technical leads
    • Managing release planning and operational readiness (go-live checklists, hypercare, handovers
    • Ensuring security, compliance and operational controls are executed and followed up in practice
    • Monitoring cloud usage and costs on a regular basis, and driving concrete optimization actions
    • Acting as the first escalation point for operational issues with clients, partners and internal teams
  • Report progress, risks and improvement initiatives towards client leadership during service reviews
  • Contribute to proposals, RFPs and client presentations, helping expand our Managed Analytics footprint
  • Grow into a subject-matter expert in service operations, with a strong focus on cloud, data and AI platforms
  • Become a trusted advisor who influences client IT & data roadmaps, not just executes them
  • Build a strong internal network across Deloitte, identifying and shaping new opportunities
  • Gradually take on commercial responsibility, contributing to the expansion of Managed Analytics as a business line
  • Progress towards broader leadership roles in delivery, operations and client management


Let's talk about you:

  • You have around 4–8 years of relevant experience in service delivery, operations, managed services, or project management within a SaaS or managed services context.
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • You are fluent in English and have a very good command of Dutch and/or French.
  • You are a strong communicator, comfortable engaging with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • You have a proven ambitious and commercial mindset, with the ability to set goals and drive execution end-to-end.
  • You have experience in client-facing roles bridging business and technology, ideally with exposure to cloud, data, or AI concepts.
  • You hold an ITIL Foundation certification, with advanced ITIL certification considered a strong plus.
  • You have a good understanding of DevOps/DataOps concepts such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and FinOps.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric is a strong advantage.
  • You have experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, curious and eager to learn, with strong soft skills and a collaborative team spirit.
