Our Workday practice is part of HR Transformation, which is an offering within Human Capital, Consulting. We believe the success of any HR technology extends beyond a flawless implementation. We focus on a true integration of Workday technology in the HR organization of the client. During our projects, we rethink the existing HR processes, the HR experience of employees and managers, as well as the necessary change required to fully adopt the new system(s). We build the necessary capabilities, to deliver a lasting, impactful, and positive transformation at our clients.

Your Journey with Us

We are looking for an enthusiastic Workday Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will engage in the following activities:

  • You will part of the Workday Management team, define plans for future success together with the management team, Deloitte leadership & with our enthusiastic team

  • Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor to our clients in the strategy and/or implementation of Workday solutions - improving the value of the technology and positioning HR as an impactful player in the business

  • Project Leadership: Guide clients and project teams through the implementation of Workday, including the (re)alignment of the HR strategy with Workday, (re)designing the processes, configuration and integration of the solution in legacy systems and processes. Bring structure in large scale and complex projects, manage ambiguity and different stakeholders and priorities

 

  • Business Growth: Help our business grow through impactful business development - organize and lead bid teams.


  • Be a passionate coach to the team members and lead them with a consistent vision and approach towards results


About You


  • Experience: at least 5 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing experience 
  • Passion for Workday and HR Transformation: You have a proven track record in leading Workday implementations 
  • Project Management: You are a dedicated project manager with skills in defining project scopes and budgets, writing proposals, managing resources, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting on status. 
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a commercial attitude and can make an impact that matters on the development of our business.
  • An excellent communicator and a strong team player

  • you thrive in an international environment and are flexible for occasional travel when needed    
  • Language Skills: You have excellent presentation and communication skills in English and ideally also in French or Dutch
