  • Collaboration with Technical and Design Teams: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Designers, Architects, Engineering leaders, and other technical stakeholders. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and well understood.
  • Requirements Validation and Prioritization: Work with business sponsors and product leadership to validate requirements, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and long-term platform scalability.
  • Metrics and Success Criteria Definition: Define clear success metrics and acceptance criteria for requirements, including business outcomes, user adoption, and performance indicators. Track and report on requirement fulfillment and business value realization.
  • Backlog Management: Support the management of requirements backlogs from inception through validation with business sponsors, ensuring traceability and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with colleagues in various countries to understand multi-country deployment requirements and ensure solutions address diverse business contexts and regulatory considerations.
  • AI-Augmented Work Environment: All work in this role is conducted with, via, and leveraging AI-augmented capabilities. Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms to enhance analysis, documentation, and decision-making is essential.
