  • Develop, drive and sustain stakeholder relationships at senior leadership level of customer organizations (e.g., Directors, Vice Presidents, CXOs) as they define and execute their technology strategy.
  • Lead the delivery of technology strategies and transformation roadmaps;
  • Manage the sustainable development of a strong pipeline of architecture opportunities by working with new and existing Deloitte customers. 
  • Lead by example to inspire colleagues at all levels, while building and sustaining a high‑performance culture that drives team growth.
  • Manage the development of a strong pipeline of talent for current and future success, by driving a talent experience that differentiates Deloitte.
Let's talk about you
  • 10+ years’ experience of of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy definitions;
  • Apply Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and modeling languages (e.g., TOGAF, Zachmann, ArchiMate, capability mapping) to drive technology transformations, enable IT‑business alignment, conduct maturity assessments, and support strategic enterprise initiatives;
  • Highly skilled in presenting and delivering projects to senior leaders at organizations (e.g., Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, C-suite, ...);
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, consistently adopting a trusted advisor role to influence strategic decisions and drive long‑term partnership success.
  • Track record of capturing and assessing IT landscapes, identifying gaps, leading rationalization efforts, defining modernization roadmaps, applying architectural standards and principles, ...;
  • Have demonstrated history in driving and building relationships with senior business and technology leaders
  • You have a T-shape profile with a broad knowledge and client-ready conversational understanding across all technology layers (business, application, data, infrastructure, integration, security, ...) with a deep expertise in one or two domains; and
  • Solid understanding of the architectural principles, trade-offs and strategic business implications of cloud hyperscalers, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
  • Develop business cases and build compelling strategic storylines to support recommendations, influence decision‑making, and drive enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and services (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure) is considered a strong asset, particularly in driving Cloud‑based transformation, modern technology adoption, and application refactoring or modernization initiatives.
Required Industry skills and experience
  • Master's degree in relevant field (Computer Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering IT, Applied Informatics, Business Engineering, Information Management, ...);
  • Strong experience of solution and/or enterprise architecture 
  • 6+ years’ of relevant consulting experience
  • Fluent in English, plus full professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
