Your journey with us

You’ll join our People & Purpose (P&P) team to help bring Deloitte’s talent strategy for Enabling Functions to life.
In this strategic advisory role, you’ll build strong relationships with leadership teams, understand their people-related challenges, and help shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent across a complex organization.
You’ll take ownership of the full talent lifecycle for your stakeholder group, from workforce planning and performance management to engagement initiatives and recognition approaches.
You’ll also play an important role as a change agent, helping the business anticipate people impacts, design for the future, and embed automation into the way we work.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to drive the talent agenda: You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to turn business priorities into clear talent plans that strengthen individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Own key talent processes from end to end: You’ll be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of core people processes, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and reward alignment. You’ll also bring a constructive, critical eye to identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and align processes across the business.
  • Solve complex people challenges: Using both structured thinking and emotional intelligence, you’ll support leaders in navigating organizational issues, strengthening team dynamics, and building a high-performance culture.
  • Drive automation and AI in HR operations: You’ll spot opportunities to improve the way we work through technology and help champion adoption of automated and AI-enabled solutions at scale.
  • Work across Centers of Expertise: You’ll act as the link between your internal clients and teams such as Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, HRIS, and HR Services. You’ll be comfortable working independently, knowing when to escalate, and balancing consistency with flexibility.
Let's talk about you

  • You see yourself as a trusted business advisor - someone who asks the right questions, challenges constructively, and is comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • You actively look for tech-enabled opportunities and see technology as a way to automate, measure, and improve.
