As a Junior Payroll Advisor within our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering payroll services to our international clients. This position requires 2 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a client-facing context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the monthly payroll cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, guaranteeing all deliverables meet SLAs and the highest quality standards.

• Manage and resolve all payroll-related inquiries from clients and their employees.

• Ensure full compliance by monitoring, interpreting, and applying changes in Belgian social, tax, and labor legislation to all ongoing client payroll processes and configurations.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the delivery team to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and reduce operational risks in the existing payroll systems.

• Ensure all payroll processing and control documentation is meticulously maintained and updated in line with internal governance and client requirements.

• Take ownership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, able to apply in depth knowledge of your files

To qualify for the role, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years relevant payroll expertise, preferable in a client-facing role

• You are eager to work in an international environment

• You are curious, eager to learn and develop yourself broadly. You thrive on getting things done

• You are triggered to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment

• You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset

• You have a practical and hands-on attitude, and you know how to use technology to improve payroll processes

• You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch
