Your journey with us

You apply your experiences in finance and industry foresight on critical client issues with CFOs and business executives. 

You support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Financial Services Industry from strategy definition to implementation by: 

  • Having quality discussions with clients at C-suite level, demonstrating creativity combined with strong industry knowledge;
  • Proving our clients a forward-looking view of the most important strategic finance topics affecting them and define the right set of initiatives and projects to execute upon this strategy;
  • Delivery of engagements, liaising with stakeholders, and directing activities of people on the project team. Key areas may include Finance strategy, Operating models, Finance processes and ERP implementations;
  • Playing an active role in business development activities in order to grow our Financial Services industry offering based on your knowledge of the Belgian Market;
  • Shaping the ‘Finance Transformation FSI team’, leveraging skills and capabilities from across Deloitte Consulting;
  • Leverage your superb skills and remarkable business sense to assist the wider team in business development and sales activities in Finance across FSI accounts.

Let’s Talk About You

  • Minimum 6 years relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry experience;
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian Financial Services Industry, experienced in Banking or Insurance, and an understanding of the key factors to address within the Finance Function;
  • Network within the Finance Services industry;
  • Expertise in processes, technologies (e.g. SAP) and operating models focusing on the Finance Function. Expertise in Accounting systems and/or the overall closing process is seen as a plus.

Finance Operations Excellence: We help Finance leaders rethink the way O2C and P2P are delivered, making the most out of cutting-edge automation technologies to boost efficiency and user & customer experience.
ERP enabled transformation: We accompany Finance teams through the managerial & functional aspects of ERP implementations, ensuring that those are effectively done with you and for you.
