Your journey with us

As a member of the QRR (Quality, Risk & Reputation) team that will incorporate:

The support of IACTS team members in understanding our processes, procedures, tools and ways of working to ensure our clients receive quality deliverables.

You will combine analytical thinking with practical application and will:

• Perform annual updates of IACTS templates based on Legislative updates (PBC, Checklist) in collaboration with IACTS country specialist and other local member firms.

• Update existing and support design of new Procedures and templates to support the IACTS strategy and to accommodate IACTS team member’s needs.

• Perform control procedures throughout the planning and production process to ensure Compliance with International and Internal requirements (Client compliance controls, QR reviews).

• Identify commonalities across reviews and report on findings and suggest areas of improvement to QRR & IACTS management.

• Prepare training material to be used in Learning sessions (annual Learning Days, Regular QR spot sessions). Co-facilitate IACTS learning sessions.

Let’s talk about you

• You have at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience;

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience;

• You have a critical and analytical mind-set;

• Knowledge of European GAAP and/or US GAAP/IFRS is a plus;

• You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;

• You have strong and diplomatic communication skills;

• You have in-depth Excel skills and are technology minded;

• You have the confidence to make daring, pragmatic recommendations;

• You are fluent in English. A good understanding of Dutch and/or French are an asset.
