In the Quality and Engineering team, we are looking for a Digital Quality Manager for SAP who is passionate about Quality in global and international transformations driven by core technologies of SAP S/4HANA and/or in house build software.

Are you driven by assisting clients towards future proof quality practices in their Software Development lifecycle and ensuring the quality of SAP S/4HANA implementations, customizations, and testing activities? 

As part of the team, you will:
  • Further bring our Deloitte services on Software Quality, Test Management & Test Automation to our clients in one or more specific Technology areas, like SAP S/4HANA and/or in house build software.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive End to End test strategies and plans for SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with the surrounding/non-SAP systems aligning with project objectives, timelines, and business requirements.
  • Manage, plan and coordinate software quality & testing activities (including test automation) for the Digital and Technology transformations at our clients and coach the test coordinators, quality engineers & test automation engineers working on the project.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure test coverage and resolve defects efficiently
  • Coordinate the test automation framework setup, data preparation and development and integration thereof in the continuous testing & continuous integration cycle. 
  • Report to senior management on the status of test (automation) activities and test execution. Manage resources, budgets and risks on the programs.
  • Advise clients on the best test approach and methodologies and provide proof of concepts.
  • Coordinate test defect management activities.
  • Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people 
  • Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction 
Let's talk about you
  • Proven managerial and leadership capabilities or potential and motivation to lead.
  • At least 4 years of experience in test management & coordination in addition to a strong base in testing. Experience in Test Automation is a plus. 
  • Experience in Testing complex and multi-purpose software platforms like S/4HANA
  • ISTQB certified or have a good understanding of testing management and automation methodologies.
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, and able to convey impactful presentations to our clients. 
  • Able to plan and execute a project to deliver superior client experience. 
  • Eager to build in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up to date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
  • Willing to travel abroad (~20%).  
  • Experience in commercial Test Automation suites like Tricentis TOSCA, Worksoft Certify, Microfocus UFT, Ranorex, TestComplete or UiPath is nice to have. Experience in open source tools will also be considered for more junior profiles.
  • Experience in the life sciences, consumer, financial services, or public sector or experience with Agile environments is also a plus.
