  • Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation projects and manage project delivery across multiple engagements
  • Design comprehensive GTS solutions (Customs Management, Compliance Management, Trade Preference Management) aligned with client strategy
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Conduct complex business process analysis and provide strategic optimization recommendations
  • Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for senior stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee system testing, UAT coordination, and resolution of critical functional issues
  • Establish and maintain GTS best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Keep your SAP GTS knowledge up to date  and drive innovation in our service delivery approach
Let's talk about you

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS implementation projects
  • Proven experience leading and delivering multiple full lifecycle implementation projects (design, build, test, deploy)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC6 implementations
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
  • Expert-level understanding of SAP GTS architecture, data models, and integration patterns
  • Advanced proficiency with SAP configuration tools and customization approaches
  • Strong expertise in data migration strategies and tools
  • Proficiency with SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration)
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP reporting, analytics, and BI tools
  • Familiarity with SAP S/HANA and cloud-based GTS solutions
