an OMS expert.

Skills and experience required:

• Technical Proficiency: you have expertise in implementing (best of breed) Order Management Solutions and integration with other systems (like ERP, CRM, SCM solutions,..). You can translate business requirements into technical specifications, guide development teams, and ensure the solution is scalable & reliable, meets business needs and is aligned to overall IT strategy.
• Business Proficiency: You understand best practices for efficient order processing, inventory management, and customer service. You have experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and analyse & design E2E business processes.
• Project Management skills: you have experience in leading implementation projects across different project lifecycles (from discovery to hyper care). You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and customers.
• Team Management skills: you are able to train and guide people on relevant topics such as OMS platforms, e-commerce technologies, integration patterns, how to use OMS effectively etc. You have experience in leading teams and are able to scale internal capabilities in the team and network
