Your journey with us
• As a lead specialist, you actively share your agentic AI expertise with junior team members (business analysts, consultants) in a coaching and mentoring role.
• You lead the design and technical validation of agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step business processes across industries.
• Working within client project teams in a hands-on way, you own end-to-end solution architecture on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake), balancing functional requirements with scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• You develop and deploy containerized agentic applications using modern frameworks (Pydantic AI, LangGraph, etc.), with production-grade monitoring, evaluation, and observability.
• You integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems — including data warehouses, APIs, and third-party platforms — keeping a strong focus on engineering best practices.
• You lead process discovery and optimization workshops with senior stakeholders to identify and priorities high-value agentic use cases.
• You translate business requirements into agentic process designs that deliver measurable ROI, and communicate impact through KPIs, cost savings, and operational improvements.
• You own senior stakeholder relationships on engagements, navigating competing priorities across business and technology leadership.
• You proactively broaden and deepen relationships with senior-level clients, identifying additional opportunities for collaboration.
• You drive Deloitte’s external profile in agentic AI through publications, events, client presentations, and thought leadership contributions.

Let's talk about you:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, with a proven track record in complex enterprise environments.

• Experience in cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake) with hands-on deployment experience, including networking, security, storage, monitoring, and scaling

• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as Pydantic AI or LangGraph.

• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, agent design patterns, evaluation, and observability.

• Experience with MLOps practices, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Strong process mapping and optimization skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions.

• Strong project management, coaching, and client relationship management skills; you are energized by sharing your knowledge with junior team members.

• Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and engaging with business and technology leadership in client-facing settings.

• You are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
