Description du poste

Your journey with us
Some people love AI, others are fascinated by how people learn. You're both! And that's exactly why we're looking for you. You are a (Senior) Consultant who brings a strong AI and data background and a genuine curiosity for how people learn.

You will join our Learning CoE, a global team recognized as the very best in learning. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to organizations rethinking how their people learn. You will work alongside learning designers and learning technology experts to advise clients and shape solutions that enhance employee engagement, accelerate skill development, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Your core responsibilities
As (senior) consultant in AI-enabled learning you will…

Strategic leadership & advisory
  • Own the narrative around AI in L&D. Stay ahead of trends and emerging best practices, and install them into the daily lives of clients and colleagues
  • Advise clients on learning strategy and how AI fits into their broader L&D ecosystem, providing clear, practical guidance on leveraging the latest tech to enhance learning.
  • Guide stakeholders through organizational change with confidence and empathy, aligning L&D programs with business strategy
Solution design & innovation
  • Apply AI-powered tools and platforms (including generative AI and personalization engines) to design and deliver learning experiences that scale
  • Prototype and rapidly develop AI-powered learning solutions from intelligent content generation to adaptive learning pathways
  • Identify opportunities to remove friction and inefficiency in learning operations using AI and automation
  • Explore integrations between L&D platforms, LMS systems, and analytics tools in close collaboration with learning technology colleagues
  • Design learning analytics frameworks: define the right metrics, build dashboards, and turn data into decisions that matter
Team & stakeholder impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Serve as the bridge between project managers and junior colleagues, facilitating communication and ensuring project alignment.
  • Strengthen our team’s internal AI and data capabilities by introducing new tools, approaches, and ways of working
  • Engage with peers across Belgium and internationally to serve clients across various industries, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge exchange.
  •
Let's talk about you

You come from an AI or data background, and you’re genuinely excited about applying that to how people learn. Maybe you’ve already worked at the intersection of both. Maybe this is the next chapter. Either way, here's what we're looking for:

Core experience & expertise
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in AI, data, learning design and learning technology or related consulting role, and exposure to, or a strong interest in learning and development
  • You have hands-on expertise in AI/ML: generative AI, NLP, personalisation algorithms, learning analytics, and/or AI-powered platforms
  • Data literacy: you design metrics frameworks, read learning analytics, and turn data into clear recommendations
  • Client-facing consulting experience: track record of managing complex engagements, building stakeholder trust, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with learning science, adult learning principles, or instructional design is a plus but not a prerequisite
Technical & analytical skills
  • Data literacy: querying, visualising, and building insight from learning and performance datasets
  • Understanding of APIs, data integration, and technology architecture. You don’t need to code everything, but you know how systems connect
  • Experience with prompt engineering, LLM workflows, or AI prototyping tools (e.g. Python, no-code AI builders, or similar)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and modern L&D tech stacks is a bonus
Human skills
  • Communication excellence: You communicate with clarity and warmth to technical and non-technical audiences alike. You facilitate workshops, lead discussions, write compelling proposals, and engage stakeholders with confidence.
  • Relationship building: You build the kind of trust that turns a single project into a lasting partnership
  • Thought partnership: You’re a collaborative colleague and who shares ideas and expertise openly, sparks good debates, and knows how to get people excited about something new.
  • Proactivity & Self-Direction: You actively reach out, build your internal network, and assertively communicate your ideas and needs. You don't wait for opportunities to come to you, you seek them out, ask questions, and leverage your network to drive projects forward and create impact.
  • You are fluent in English and proficient in French or Dutch, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Intellectual curiosity: You are always eager to stay abreast of the latest evolutions in learning and technology
Preferred qualifications
  • A degree in Computer, Data, Business, Educational, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Bonus points if you have any published thought leadership: Articles, case studies, or speaking engagements on AI in learning
