Your journey with us

You bring a strong blend of technology expertise and industry insight to lead architecture and technology discussions with C-level executives across different industries, with a strong focus on the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
You will support our clients across a wide range of projects within FSI, from strategy definition to implementation, by:
  • Leading high-impact conversations with senior stakeholders, combining deep knowledge of core platform solutions and (emerging) technologies—such as Generative AI, cloud solutions, and advanced analytics—with a clear understanding of industry challenges and opportunities;
  • Advising clients on how to harness next-generation technologies to transform their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation, while aligning technology strategies with business goals;
  • Designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, future-proof technology architectures that enable operational excellence and regulatory compliance in complex FSI-related environments;
  • Managing delivery teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technology-enabled transformation initiatives;
  • Further developing the OIDS team’s capabilities by sharing your expertise in technology trends and architectural best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning;
  • Leveraging your strong business acumen and technical leadership to support sales and client engagement activities, positioning the OIDS team as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and industry transformation.
Let's talk about you
  • You have +4 years of hands-on experience delivering technology-enabled business transformations, bridging business needs with technical solutions and impacts.
  • You combine strong business acumen with solid technical understanding, enabling you to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation.
  • Strong expertise in the Financial Services Industry, particularly within the Belgian market, with a deep understanding of its business models, operational complexities, and ongoing trends.
  • Proven experience in supporting and driving transformation programs that integrate business operational needs and process redesign with technologies such as platform solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of technologies and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply these as enablers of business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and oversee their execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle—from strategic advisory and solution design to hands-on delivery and optimisation—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives as well as operational teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to balancing vision with execution.
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Fluent in English, with a very good command of Dutch or French.
  • Education: you hold a master's degree in Business Engineering or other related fields.
