Your journey with us

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to strengthen our Global Business Services Transformation offering. You will be part of a highly skilled team of consultants driving large-scale GBS transformations, ERP implementations, operating model development and finance organization design. You will be helping clients optimize their processes, governance, and technology enablement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor in the visioning, the design and implementation of Global Business Service models and ERP implementations.
  • Defining target operating models (TOM), governance structures, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Conducting process analysis, standardization, and optimization across business units.
  • Supporting process migration and transition management across business units and geographies.
  • Driving digital enablement through ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (RPA, workflow, analytics).
  • Contributing to change management, stakeholder alignment, and training activities.

Let's talk about you

  • 3–5 years of consulting or transformation experience in Global Business Services (GBS) setup, TOM definition or ERP implementations.
  • Solid understanding of Finance process frameworks (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Experience with process design, transition management and operating model definition.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a client-first approach.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus).
