As a Logistics & Distribution Manager, you will:
- · Join a team of highly experienced consultants delivering advisory and implementation services to multinational clients, optimizing their Logistics & Distribution operations. Your projects may include:
- - Designing target operating models for transport, warehousing, and customer service organizations.
- - Designing and optimizing warehousing, transportation, and order-to-cash operations.
- - Selecting and implementing technology solutions, including foundational logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, as well as emerging niche technologies.
- - Driving digital innovation initiatives to enhance client performance beyond the core technology stack.
· Lead diverse activities including qualitative and quantitative analysis, facilitating client workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations, and guiding clients through implementation.
· Act as a project manager, overseeing project delivery and coaching junior colleagues. You will share your expertise within the Logistics & Distribution community and manage project resources effectively.
· Contribute to the growth of our Logistics & Distribution offering by developing compelling sales proposals, nurturing client relationships, and engaging in thought leadership and eminence activities.

- - At least 7 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Distribution functions, including warehousing, transportation, or order management and servicing.
- - Consulting experience is an asset.
- - Familiarity with relevant systems such as WMS, TMS, and OMS is desirable.
- - Strong analytical skills combined with digital acumen.
- - A collaborative team player with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and coaching others.
- - Willingness to work in an international environment, including potential assignments abroad.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
