As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, You Will:
  • Support the design and delivery of human-centered change strategies that help organizations bring their transformation to life.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to co-create impactful communications, workshops, trainings, and engagement activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, behavioral analyses, and support leadership alignment to help build momentum and ownership for change.
  • Use a data- and insight-driven approach to track adoption and measure progress—adjusting course where needed.
  • Contribute to AI and digital transformation projects by helping clients understand the people and cultural implications of new technologies.
  • Help teams stay focused on behavioral change, mindset shifts, and new ways of working—ensuring change isn’t just understood, but embedded.
  • Bring curiosity, energy, and fresh thinking to every project, and grow your expertise in the field of transformation consulting.

Let's talk about you

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in transformation consulting, change management, or organizational development—preferably in a client-facing or project environment.
  • You have worked on projects related to business, digital, or operating model transformation, and are eager to grow your expertise further.
  • You’re passionate about the human side of change, and have experience in areas like stakeholder engagement, communications, training, or workshop facilitation.
  • You have a keen interest in behavioral change and mindset shifts, and are curious about how organizations adapt to major shifts like AI and digital disruption.
  • You are structured and creative—comfortable working with data, but also bringing energy and storytelling to your work.
  • You’re a strong communicator, fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
  • You’re a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated by learning, impact, and growth.
