Your journey with us

As a Senior Manager Learning in Digital Transformations, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human potential. You will help organisations make transformation real — accelerating digital adoption, embedding AI-driven capabilities, and building the workforce of the future.
In this role, you’ll act as both a strategic advisor and a business developer — translating market opportunities into actionable learning strategies and trusted partnerships. You’ll lead teams that design, deliver, and measure transformation initiatives that help clients achieve business outcomes that last.

• Shape enterprise learning strategies that align with clients' digital transformation and AI-driven capability ambitions, partnering with C-suite leaders to drive organizational change.
• Advise on technology-enabled transformation, helping clients leverage digital platforms, analytics, and automation to maximize sustained business impact.
• Design integrated learning solutions that combine immersive experiences, data-driven insights, and modern platforms with AI enhancement for measurable adoption outcomes.
• Demonstrate learning ROI by connecting learning impact directly to business performance metrics, enabling clients to sustain transformation value.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strategic precision, managing scope, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across organizational boundaries.
• Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, building client portfolios, and co-creating proposals that showcase Deloitte's human-centered, tech-enabled approach.
• Establish thought leadership in the market through insights on the future of learning, AI transformation, and workforce capability development.
• Mentor and develop senior talent, coaching consultants and managers to embed a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and foster innovation.
• Strengthen internal capabilities by introducing new methodologies, tools, and market insights across the Learning Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate globally with international peers to shape consistent, world-class learning strategies and drive excellence across Deloitte's network.

You are an experienced transformation leader who thrives at the crossroads of strategy, learning, and business growth. You have a genuine passion for helping organisations unlock their potential through digital and human transformation.

What you bring

• 8–12 years of experience in consulting and/or leading large transformation programmes, ideally in ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) or technology driven change.
• Deep expertise in change management, learning strategy, and organisational development — with a clear track record of driving adoption and impact.
• A strategic, analytical mindset capable of turning business goals into pragmatic, high impact learning strategies.
• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and building long term client relationships based on trust and measurable value.
• Proven experience in business development — from market sensing to proposal creation and client growth.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
• A master’s or postgraduate degree in business, organisational development, HR, or a related field.
