Your journey with us
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will strengthen our Workforce Transformation service line’s Learning Technology offering. We are seeking an individual who can leverage their experience to drive business development in the learning technology domain, liaising with HR and L&D professionals on the market and demonstrate the added value of our services in an authentic and convincing manner. Next to that, you will also guide these LMS & LXP implementations for our clients, such as integrations with HR applications, engaging gamified learning journeys, inspiring UX designs, learning analytics, e-commerce functionalities and much more.

As a Manager / Senior Manager within our Learning Technology team, you will:
  • Drive business development efforts in the learning technology domain by spotting opportunities in the market in order to enable the growth of our offering;
  • Build new client relationships through networking and exploring the market;
  • Cultivate and manage existing client relationships, as well as develop and nourish potential opportunities;
  • Shape proposals to meet client requests, advise on a tailored design of the learning technology;
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in learning technology to inform business development strategies and offer expert insights to clients;
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional and technical professionals, setting clear goals and fostering collaboration;
  • Provide strategic guidance to team members during LMS & LXP implementations. Advise clients in the design of a fit for purpose organizational learning strategy.
Let's talk about you
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the domain of technology implementations;
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business development and achieving revenue targets;
  • Commercial drive and affinity with customer-centric business growth, understanding clients’ budget drivers, decision processes and validation cycles;
  • Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
  • A team player with strong communication skills;
  • Overall project management experience, managing multiple projects at once with a consistent eye for detail, quality and risk while also being mindful of the bigger picture and overall business strategy;
  • Passionate about learning in the context of private and public sector organizations;
  • A university degree with a background in pedagogy, psychology, IT, HR or economics (or equivalent). A post-graduate degree is an asset;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
