At Deloitte’s Organization and Work Transformation (OWT) practice, we help our clients respond to complex and fast-changing environments by rethinking how work is done, how organizations are structured, and how capabilities are built. Within OWT, our Future Organization team focuses on shaping organizations of the future, from organization design to workforce strategy, skills, work redesign, and talent mix optimization. We work at the intersection of analytics, technology, and leadership to deliver future-proof solutions.

As a (Senior) Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful client engagements while developing trusted relationships and growing our market presence. You’ll guide project teams, contribute to business development, and support the development of our Future Organization capabilities. You will help clients answer key questions such as:

  • What organizational structures best enable performance and agility?
  • How can we become more adaptive and future ready as an organization?
  • How should work and roles be designed?
  • What skills and capabilities are needed to deliver on strategy?
As a (Senior) Manager in Future Organization, you will:
  • Lead client projects across topics such as:
  • Organization design
  • Strategic workforce planning and workforce strategy
  • Skills-based organization and work redesign
  • Talent mix and leadership model evolution
  • Build and manage relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to middle and senior management
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and supporting go-to-market activities
  • Coach and guide junior team members, enabling high-quality delivery and supporting professional growth
  • Collaborate across Deloitte teams (e.g. Data, M&A, Strategy, HR,...) to co-create integrated transformation solutions
  • Help evolve our Future Organization capabilities by developing methodologies, assets, and points of view

Let's talk about you

  • An experienced consultant with 6 to 8+ years of experience relevant domains, ideally with a focus on Future Organization topics such as org design, workforce strategy, or work redesign
  • Skilled in project management and client delivery, able to lead engagements from planning to execution
  • Eager to grow in business development, with some experience in proposals or client development and an appetite to do more
  • Able to connect strategic goals to operating and organizational models, with strong structuring and analytical skills
  • Curious and passionate about innovation and the future of work, with a generalist mindset and comfort working across topics
  • A team player who builds trust, fosters collaboration, and supports junior talent
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
