Due to steep growth, we are now looking to reinforce our Human Capital team in Belgium with a Senior Manager Workforce Planning & Analytics. 

Your role: 

  • Be a trusted advisor on a wide range of Workforce Planning & Analytics related topics (e.g., Talent Management, Competency Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Strategy setting) to our clients;
  • Managing and delivering Workforce Planning & Analytics projects;
  • Drive & develop eminence (content creation, internal & external community of practice;
  • Support development of innovative solutions through key partnerships by blending external tech vendors into our advisory solutions;
  • Help clients in various industries to determine the workforce impact of future business strategies;
  • Assess capability gaps in both a quantitative and qualitative way in close collaboration with the client’s ecosystem;
  • Shape, lead and execute meaningful interactions with business stakeholders to develop a talent roadmap to successfully bridge gaps identified.

Let’s Talk About You

  • University degree preferably in a relevant field (Business, Economics, …);
  • Approx. 9 years relevant working experience in Strategic Consulting and/or working on strategy projects related to HR, Talent Management, Future of Work or reskilling;
  • Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business;
  • Genuine interest in future trends in a variety of industries, functional areas and in HR topics and technologies;
  • Understand and clarify business/project goals and translate those goals into actionable insights on how to improve talent management processes;
  • Proven experience in applying analytical and statistical techniques in solving HR/Business challenges;
  • Experience of working with workforce data models and tools (BI Tools, SWP tooling, Python and R) is a plus;
  • Data driven analytical thinking, as well as strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent eye for the people impact of disrupting technologies;
  • People manager and are keen to inspire and build the team;
  • Strong team player, who demonstrates ownership by working independently on key activities;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional EU languages in particular;      French and/or Dutch are an advantage.
