Work you will do
- Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, guiding clients through complex digital transformations from strategy to implementation.
- Architect and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow workflows and applications across key modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
- Leverage and integrate AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced automation to build intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance business processes.
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions, focusing on tangible business outcomes and measurable value.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to design and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Stay ahead of emerging ServiceNow platform features and industry trends to advise clients on best practices and next-generation solutions.
- Deliver projects through the full software development lifecycle, from initial discovery to deployment and post-go-live support.
Let’s talk about you
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and a solid understanding of the platform's core functionalities, with a proven expertise in at least one major ServiceNow module: ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator. Additional certifications in specific modules are a significant plus.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering complex technology implementations in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential trade-offs and align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you have a hands-on experience with AI-driven service automation platforms such as Moveworks.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Full professional fluency in English and Dutch.
