Many companies have trouble transforming from their legacy systems and face difficult organisational change, leading to projects not being on track. The pitfalls for these projects can be endless and extend well beyond technology issues.
In order to maximize the value and success rates of strategic projects, our Technology, Strategy and Transformation team supports clients in defining and tracking expected benefits, defining an effective portfolio governance to determine which projects to execute, as well as setting and scaling up a Program Management Office to drive projects forwards and mitigate risks.
Your journey with us
- Deliver challenging transformation programs and projects, identifying implementation/transformation project risks, identifying value drivers, and advising project management teams and CxO level.
- Take up an advisory role in large and complex projects.
- Assess the digital landscape and provide strategic advice on technology selection and adoption.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project management challenges and opportunities.
- Support the practice in further growing the project management advisory capabilities and connect with other practices to promote multidisciplinary solutions to clients.
Let’s Talk About You
- Experience in managing technology implementation projects and familiarity with typical pitfalls and challenges.
- Proven track record in similar consulting positions or IT managerial functions.
- Experience of min. 2 years in large-scale strategic projects that span organisational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with project management teams and CxO-level positions.
- Understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience at least in one Business area – Commercial, Supply Chain or Finance/Performance management.
- Ability to write and present excellent project quality reports for CxO level.
- Ability to evaluate complex situations accurately and identify actions/solutions to successfully mitigate risks.
- Strong people management skills and ability to participate in career and performance development by serving as a career counsellor, training new staff, and providing timely and specific performance feedback.
- Team player with strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and an eye for quality.
- Good analytical skills, pragmatic in your solutioning skills, flexible and proactive.
- Open to work in an international environment and abroad if needed.
- Fluent in English and good level in French or Dutch.
