Your journey with us

  • Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • Translate insights and business requirements into rapid sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Design desirable, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers, Brand Designers, and Functional Analysts in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
  • Iterate quickly based on user feedback, usability testing, and internal design reviews.
  • Support smooth handoff to development teams with clearly annotated files and specifications.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
Let's talk about you

  • MSc or BSc in digital design, Interactive Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and clean, user-centered UI work.
  • Extensive knowledge of Figma’s latest features (auto layout, variables, interactive prototype). 
  • Curious, you have explored and builT UI patterns using generative UI tools like v0, Figma Make or Lovable.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI patterns on any device (mobile, web, VR, …)
  • Advocates for accessibility with a good knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG and a11y).
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence is a nice to have.
  • You seek validation with users and do not rely on you intuition only. You can integrate user feedback to improve your designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and accept constructive feedback.
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
  • Collaborative attitude — you are both a design thinker and a doer.
