Starts in the Technology & Transformation practice, in the Engineering, AI & Data portfolio where we are looking to strengthen our Managed Analytics team with an AI Product Engineer. This is a dynamic and highly skilled team responsible for the design, development and operations of production-grade AI and innovative data business solutions, all while ensuring they are high-quality and industrialized to be smoothly operated (upgrades, maintenance, ...) for many years. 
 
As an AI Product Engineer in our team, you will:  
  • Build and implement products using state of the art technologies to solve complex business challenges. 
  • Use state-of-the-art technologies based on our ElevateAI methodology: a combination of technology, people and processes through which we build and operate fully industrialized, production-grade solutions. 
  • Work on various data & (Gen)AI projects to design, develop and deploy (depending on your expertise): 
    • Solution architecture 
    • Generative & traditional AI models and algorithms 
    • Data pipelines and data transformations 
    • Rest APIs 
    • Big data and advanced application logic, etc. 
  • Work together with our industry and functional experts, with whom we are co-creating our products  
  • Lead workstreams, coach & inspire the junior members, and perform code quality reviews .
  • Be in contact with our clients and build long-lasting relationships. 
  • Use your expertise to support in business development.

Let’s talk about you

  • You have between 3 and 6 years of experience of working in large international teams (near- and offshore) to build industrialized data and AI applications 
  • You have strong experience in Python application development 
  • You know and apply the best practices of software engineering 
  • You know the cloud (AWS, Azure) fundamentals and have hands-on experience 
  • Experience with Kubernetes, JavaScript / React, machine learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or GenerativeAI (LLM and RAG) is a strong plus 
  • You have a good knowledge on agile ML/Dev(Sec)Ops development 
  • You are a team player and have experience in coaching junior team members + have the ambition to gradually grow towards a managing role 
  • You are energized by building good client relationships 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and in Dutch or French
