We're looking for a (Senior) Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice in Financial Services and drive meaningful change for leading financial institutions. 

As a strategic partner to CFOs and business leaders, you'll leverage your finance and technology expertise to tackle critical business challenges in a rapidly evolving market. Join Deloitte's leading Financial Services practice and make an impact by: 

  • Aligning vision with strategy – Help CFOs translate their strategic vision into concrete, executable finance transformation initiatives 
  • Identifying market opportunities – Provide forward-looking perspectives on finance and market trends, defining action plans that create competitive advantages 
  • Delivering transformation programs – Lead projects across finance strategy, operating models, processes, and ERP implementations 
  • Building expertise – Contribute to developing our Finance Transformation FSI team, leveraging capabilities from across Deloitte Consulting 
  • Driving business growth – Support leadership in business development and sales activities to expand our Finance practice across FSI accounts 
  • Creating client impact – Work in collaborative environments where your insights directly influence client success and organizational transformation 
Let's talk about you 
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, audit, or a blend of consulting/audit and Financial Services industry roles 
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry with a genuine commitment to building a career in this sector 
  • Expertise in finance processes, technologies (SAP, Oracle, or similar), and operating models 
  • Solid grasp of modern finance function design and transformation best practices 
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and/or the overall closing process is a plus 
  • Proficient level of business English and fluent in Dutch and/or French 
Fostering Finance efficiency and effectiveness through your organization & operations excellence.
