It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion. We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter:

• You are responsible for the recruitment of senior and management profiles.
• You build relationships with the Line Management and you define and validate the job content and the expected candidate's profile.
• You manage the complete selection process: CV screening through our web based software tool, interviewing and recommendation to the Management, including preparing and discussing offers with the selected candidates.
• You are in charge of weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the Management and pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time.
• As a trusted advisor you consult your client (external) on a regular basis and you become their single point of contact concerning their hiring needs.
• You have the opportunity to initiate or participate in HR-projects (e.g. targeted selection interview training for managers).
• As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team.

• You have a university degree or equal via experience and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a (corporate) recruiter, preferably with business operations profiles.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence-based interview, assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software).
• You think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization.
• You are flexible like to act pro-actively, and have the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Experience in professional services is an asset.
