It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion. We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter:

  • Selection Process Management: You are fully responsible for the complete recruitment process (from job intakes to interviews and offer presentations/negotiations).
  • Multi-channel recruitment and sourcing: You are in the lead to generate your own inflow through different channels (LinkedIn, Marketing, Employer Branding, Referrals, ...) and adapt your recruitment strategy to overcome possible obstacles and reach your objectives.
  • Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging in close collaboration with hiring managers and becoming their single point of contact for hiring needs.
  • Building relationships with BE business stakeholders to define and validate job content and expected candidate profiles and providing proactive recommendations to optimise the process and reduce recruitment lead time.
  • Candidate experience: You live by our values and provide the best possible candidate experience by playing your role of advisor towards candidates as well.
  • Reporting: In charge of weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to Management

  • HR Projects: Opportunity to initiate or participate in HR side projects to further develop your skills and the overall efficiency of our department.
Let's talk about you

  • Autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Education and Experience: University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a recruiter. Experience in recruiting digital transformation or “tech” profiles is a plus.
  • Selection Methods Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g., competence-based interviews, assessments) and familiarity with recruitment channels (e.g., social media) and tools (e.g., recruitment software).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills in English (any knowledge of French and/or Dutch are an asset)
  • You are an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality with the ability to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a changing environment.
  • Experience in professional services is an asset.
