Your journey with us

We are currently looking to reinforce our team with a Global Mobility Specialist

  • You are part of a diverse team of HR, payroll, international mobility and broader reward specialists
  • You provide high quality and in-depth advice to your clients on Global Mobility and Talent deployment (i.e. remote work...). You can specialize in advising on Global Mobility in both a national as well as an international context. Topics you advise on, can range from employment tax and broader tax and legal compliance, client’s internal policies such as assignment policies but also tax equalization policies.  It is also possible to focus on the delivery of global mobility tasks such as cost estimates for business decision makers, balance sheets, assignment letters and high quality international payroll instructions (actual and shadow). You are able to leverage this knowledge when coordinating with clients on a global or regional level.
  • You build close relationships with your clients’ stakeholders such as Tax, HR, payroll, reward, global mobility and top executives
  • You have ownership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, you are able to apply in-depth knowledge of your files
  • You conduct client meetings in a professional and confident way
  • You supervise and coach more junior team members on a daily basis and develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
  • You understand the key objectives for clients and Deloitte, you align people to objectives and you set priorities and direction 

Let’s talk about you

  • You have experience in a similar position
  • You have a good understanding of the assignee lifecycle within an international mobility context
  • You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. A postgraduate degree in tax is an asset (relevant: tax, accounting, HR, etc.)
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are willing to invest in a positive and international working environment full of opportunitie
  • You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset
  • You are a team player with leadership skills
  • You communicate fluently in English, Dutch and/or French
  • You have a client service mindset and are able to pro-actively manage client expectations
  • You have a practical and hands-on attitude
  • You have good planning and project management skills and be able to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes
