We're looking for a Manager to lead our Finance Transformation practice in Financial Services and shape the strategic direction of our most complex client engagements. 

As a trusted advisor to CFOs and board-level executives, you'll drive transformational change across the financial services landscape. Join Deloitte's leading Financial Services practice and take ownership of high-impact client relationships by: 
  • Leading strategic advisory – Serve as a trusted partner to C-suite executives, translating complex business challenges into transformational finance strategies 
  • Shaping industry solutions – Develop innovative approaches to finance transformation that set new standards in the market 
  • Directing large-scale programs – Oversee multi-year, enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives with significant budget and organizational impact 
  • Mentoring and developing talent – Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering the next generation of finance transformation experts 
  • Expanding market presence – Drive business development and thought leadership to grow our Finance and Performance in Financial Services practice 
  • Delivering measurable value – Partner with clients to achieve transformational outcomes that drive competitive advantage and shareholder value 
Let's talk about you  

  • 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry roles 
  • Proven expertise designing and implementing finance transformation solutions (organization design, operating models, processes, controlling) 
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise finance platforms (SAP, Hyperion, Tagetik, Anaplan, Oracle, IBM Cognos, or similar) 
  • Deep knowledge of the Belgian Financial Services market with experience in Banking and/or Insurance 
  • Strong understanding of modern finance planning, costing, reporting, and profitability management processes 
  • Exceptional communication skills, you articulate complex ideas clearly to all organizational levels and manage stakeholders with confidence 
  • Strategic mindset. You combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and industry foresight 
  • Leadership presence. You confidently lead and direct large, cross-functional projects 
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
