Apply your finance and industry foresight to lead conversations on critical client issues with CFOs and business leaders.

Support clients in the Public Sector from strategy definition to implementation by:

  • Having quality discussions with C-suite clients, demonstrating creativity and industry knowledge.
  • Providing a forward-looking view on strategic topics and defining initiatives and projects.
  • Independently delivering engagements, leading the approach, liaising with stakeholders, and directing project teams in areas like Finance strategy, Strategic and Financial Planning, Costing, and Profitability.
  • Assessing company performance through benchmarking with industry peers.
  • Defining a structured roadmap for implementing improvements and a system-integrated vision of the target operating model.
  • Optimising finance processes in Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, or Closing & Consolidation.
  • Developing business by tailoring offers to customer needs, participating in industry events, supporting commercial initiatives, and producing thought leadership.

Let’s talk about you:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry, business, consulting, and technological experience.
  • Expertise in finance organisation, controlling activities, processes, operating models.
  • Experience with finance and reporting tools like SAP, Anaplan, and Qlik (Sense).
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and direct large, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong business development skills and a proven industry network.
  • Proficient in English, Dutch, and French (written and oral).
