Ons Accounting & Reporting team helpt klanten bij het beheren van hun boekhoudkundige en financiële rapportageactiviteiten, het bijblijven met nieuwe regelgeving en het verwerken van complexe gegevens. Ben je een accountant of financieel profiel en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in jouw buurt? 

Onze kantoren in Antwerpen & Hasselt zijn op zoek naar een centrale spilfiguur die meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze klanten. Naast het beheren van klantendossiers, sta je ook in voor het opvolgen en begeleiden van een multidisciplinair team van specialisten. Kortom, je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's, alsook voor de accountants, bedrijfsleiders en CFO's van onze klanten.

Concreet houdt je job onder andere in:

  • Je neemt de lead in klantendossiers;
  • Je wordt ingeschakeld als professioneel adviseur in een multidisciplinair team dat nationaal en internationaal opererende kmo’s en familieondernemingen begeleidt;
  • Je ondersteunt mee de uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille in de regio en werkt nauw samen met andere accountants, juristen, fiscalisten en KMO-adviseurs;
  • Je coacht en begeleidt jouw team bij de uitvoering van advieswerk en bij hun verdere groei en ontwikkeling in zowel technische expertise als consulting skills;
  • Je verleent bijstand bij fiscale controles;
  • Je analyseert en bespreekt financiële analyses en boordtabellen.

Let's talk about you

  • Je hebt een passie voor cijfers en fiscaliteit;
  • Je behaalde een master toegepaste economie en/of een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit;
  • Je hebt meer dan 6 jaar relevante ervaring bij voorkeur in een accountancykantoor;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van een team;
  • Resultaten bereiken met je team en duurzame klantenrelaties zijn je drijfveer;
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset;
  • Je bent leergierig, ambitieus en wenst een succesvolle carrière uit te bouwen;
  • Je bent analytisch, voldoende kritisch en communicatief sterk;
  • Je bent in het bezit van jouw ITAA-titel of je bent bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar bezit daarnaast een gezonde dosis teamspirit;
  • Je levert klantgerichte service en bent sterk in business development.
