We are seeking an experienced Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) Senior Manager with a strong background in process optimization, automation, and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the OTP leadership to drive business development initiatives and strategic projects.
• Partner with clients’ tax, finance, and IT teams to analyze and address data, process, technology, and governance requirements.
• Lead client-specific discussions, offering innovative and tailored transfer pricing solutions.
• Design and implementation of OTP technology solutions using both SAP and non-SAP platforms, while managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Gain expertise in Deloitte’s and third-party technology solutions to enhance their development and adoption.
• Mentor and develop OTP talent through Deloitte’s recruiting and training programs, in collaboration with leadership.

Let's talk about you

• You are an experienced professional in the field of Operational Transfer Pricing as part of Tax / Transfer Pricing/ Finance/ Systems domain, with a unique blend of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills .

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of combined experience in transfer pricing, operational processes, or intercompany finance technology solutions within a Big Four firm or a similar in-house role.

• Technology Skills: Proven experience with OTP use cases, including tools like SAP PAPM, Anaplan, SAC, and data management solutions. Basic knowledge of SAP modules/add-ons such as FICO, SD, MM, COPA, CFIN, SAC, and PAPM is essential.

• Data Proficiency: Strong ability to manage large data sets and complex calculations.

Skills and Attributes:

• Leadership: Demonstrated managerial experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Communication: Capable of bridging the gap between IT and finance, explaining complex concepts in a clear, actionable way.

• Collaboration: A team player who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.

• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems in a structured manner.

• Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Enthusiastic about tackling novel challenges and driving innovative solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and accounting fundamentals.

• Expertise in project management and the ability to deliver on time and within scope.
