Join our team as a Pension & Employee Benefits Actuary in our Zaventem office and initiate / continue a thrilling and dynamic career in employee benefits.

Pension is indeed one of the top challenges our society is facing, you will have the unique opportunity to onboard on this exciting adventure.

As an EB actuary, you will be part of our Assurance family, and you will have the opportunity not only to work on a variety of clients across industries but as well to be involved in different projects related to pension and other benefit plans, granting you a helicopter view of the Belgian market.

As a valuable member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and gain experience by working in multi-disciplinary teams, providing and acquiring insight into how employee benefits can make an impact on our society.

Let's talk about you

• You obtained a relevant master degree in Actuarial Sciences, combined with strongly developed quantitative/analytical skills;

• You have 3 to 6 years of experience (ideally) in employee benefits;

• You have a critical and analytical mindset;

• Your approach is client and result oriented and you have excellent social, communication and presentation skills;

• You can express yourself fluently in English and one national language;

• You are excited to start our story together.
