Your journey with us

As an SAP Data & Analytics Manager at Deloitte Belgium, you will lead and manage a dynamic team to deliver high-quality SAP data and analytics solutions. You will leverage your expertise in SAP technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and support business transformation initiatives for our clients. Your role will encompass project management, solution design, and strategic advisory, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP data and analytics solutions, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP data and analytics professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define project requirements, and develop comprehensive data and analytics strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients on data governance, data management, and data analytics best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into client solutions and internal practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all data and analytics initiatives.


Let's talk about you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP data and analytics, with a strong focus on SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SAP data and analytics projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data analytics principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
