 Your journey with us​

​​As a Senior Manager, you will manage a portfolio of our SAP Clients. You will oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of sourcing and procurement solutions using S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (MM) and Ariba, in combination with other procurement solutions such as Ivalua, Jaggaer, and Coupa. You will elevate your functional and commercial experience to craft and implement procurement network solutions for our clients.

You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end implementation of projects, from planning and initiation to final delivery. 

Your responsibilities will include: Driving client business into the future through SAP, it's best practices and the future of the industry. You will manage client relationships and ensure the quality of our team's deliverables. 

In your role, you will participate in business process design and modeling and you will translate the client's vision of the future to SAP.

You will work closely with clients to understand and translate their business needs into technical solutions, suggesting optimised approaches to address customer requirements, business constraints, and technological realities. 

As an SAP Procurement Senior Manager at Deloitte, you will drive innovation and growth while developing the career of your colleagues. You will challenge the norm, demonstrate your expertise in technology, project management and business process improvement and develop your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and goal setting.


Let’s talk about you

To be part of our team, you:

- Have at least 10 years of proven experience in SAP MM or similar experience with SAP Ariba Solutions in a consulting context, and some experience in other SAP module (VIM, FI/CO, others…).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Undertake business development activities, identify market opportunities, build and maintain business relationships with the aim of creating long-term value for the organization.

- You have experience developing commercial proposals and mapping the client market for further development. 

- Possess a solution-oriented mindset, always considering options to solve specific problems or requirements that focus on the client and strive towards results.

- Have excellent presentation skills and very good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Have experience coaching, developing teams and planning workforce.

- You have lead company initiatives that contribute to the dynamics of the team and culture. 

- You are fluent in Dutch or French with an excellent level of English.

- You have an open permit to work in Belgium.
