We're looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Finance Transformation offering in Financial Services and guide CFOs and business executives through critical finance challenges. 

Work with the best by joining Deloitte's leading Financial Services practice and support our clients and C-Level Executives, who need access to fresh data and on-the-go simulations, in a wide range of projects from strategy definition to implementation by: 

  • Driving strategic transformation – Partner with C-suite executives to define and execute finance strategies that create competitive advantage 
  • Designing operating models – Build future-state finance organizations, processes, and structures tailored to client needs 
  • Optimizing finance operations – Implement best-in-class controlling, costing, and profitability management solutions 
  • Leading cross-functional teams – Direct large, complex engagements with stakeholders across the organization 
  • Building the practice – Contribute to growing our Finance and Performance in Financial Services offering across Belgium and beyond 
  • Delivering impact – Work in collaborative, fast-paced environments where your expertise directly shapes client success
Let's talk about you 

  • 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry roles 
  • Proven expertise designing and implementing finance transformation solutions (organization design, operating models, processes, controlling) 
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise finance platforms (Anaplan, SAP, etc.) 
  • Deep knowledge of the Belgian Financial Services market with experience in Banking and/or Insurance 
  • Strong understanding of modern finance planning, costing, reporting, and profitability management processes 
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
