Bij de klant

• Het leiden en begeleiden van het team bij de klant tijdens het aanbestedingsproces door o.a. : 
• het leveren van activiteiten zoals een uitgaven-, risico-, leveranciers- en marktanalyse die de klant in staat stelt zijn behoeften te begrijpen;
• het bepalen van een aankoopstrategie en het opstellen van bijhorende risicoanalyses;
• het voeren van marktconsultaties op basis van de geïdentificeerde behoeften van de klant;
• het opstellen van opdrachtdocumenten en verslagen;
• het adviseren van de klant binnen hun aanbesteding/procurement strategie om ervoor te zorgen dat de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten wordt nageleefd;
• het beoordelen van mogelijkheden voor kostenvermindering bij externe uitgaven
• de leiding te nemen en de klant te coachen tijdens de onderhandelingsfase;

Let’s talk about you

• Je beschikt over een Master in Rechten, Criminologische Wetenschapen, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Bedrijfswetenschappen, Politieke Wetenschappen, Communicatiewetenschappen, Overheidsmanagement, Bestuurskunde en Publiek Management
• Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in wetgeving overheidsopdrachten en 2-6 jaar relevante werkervaring; ervaring in consulting is een duidelijke troef
• Je bent een hands-on, resultaatgerichte en kwaliteit gericht persoon met sterke analytische vaardigheden
• Je hebt uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en je past je snel aan een nieuwe snel veranderende omgeving
• Een juridische achtergrond of een sterke affiniteit met sourcing & procurement-technologie zijn pluspunten
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is meer dan een pluspunt
• Je bent een bekwame netwerker die relaties heeft opgebouwd met aankoopprofessionals in andere organisaties, je hebt een Belgisch netwerk
