The work you’ll do
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow transformation projects, from strategy and roadmap to go-live and value realization.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD and other modules.
  • Manage project delivery, scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Guide clients in adopting next-generation ServiceNow features, including AI, automation, and agentic workflows.
  • Coordinate and oversee near-shore/off-shore technical delivery teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Facilitate client workshops and design sessions to capture requirements and shape innovative workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with Deloitte delivery methodologies and promote continuous improvement in ways of working.
  • Support practice development by contributing to thought leadership, pre-sales, and internal innovation initiatives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience (9+ for Senior Manager), including at least 4 years in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven expertise in one or more core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD), with additional exposure to IRM, SAM, or HAM as a plus.
  • Strong track record in managing complex technology implementation projects, including full lifecycle delivery.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; Implementation Specialist or ITIL v4 certification is a strong advantage.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to balance technical trade-offs against business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with international or distributed delivery teams in a consulting environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French ; professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
