Your journey with us  

As a Tax Process and Technology (Senior) Consultant or Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement direct tax process and technology solutions.

• Work with various Deloitte teams on international clients on varied tax processes and technology implementation projects.

• Play a pivotal role in business development by organizing process improvement workshops and delivering impactful training sessions.

• Engage in strategic discussions with clients to optimize their tax operating models, focusing on direct tax process and technology solutions, including CIT, Tax Accounting, TP, WHT, CbCR, and Pillar II.

• Design and implement innovative ERP or data tools tailored for tax compliance.

• Be part of a thriving network of over 70 tax technology professionals in Belgium, linked to a global community of ERP, tax, and technology experts.

What We’re Looking For

• You are a results-oriented professional with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in the tax technology space.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in tax compliance or tax technology implementation.

• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in tools such as Longview, OneStream, OneSource, PAPM, Anaplan, Oracle, Thomson Reuters, or similar solutions.

• Problem-Solving: Strong abstract thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Proven ability to bridge the gap between IT and tax professionals, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.

• Analytics: Exceptional skills in deriving insights from data and visualizing solutions where others see complexity.

• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to embrace challenges and innovate.

Bonus Skills

• Expertise in Pillar II regulations.

• Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
