Our Scale-up & mid-market ERP practice uses technologies like Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, Workato, Azure and many others, to help clients successfully transform their business. We like to deploy best practices where they bring value and innovate where creativity and uniqueness is requested. The team embraces and lives the firm’s purpose – to make an impact that matters – by pushing yourself and your team to identify solutions to challenges that are most important for our clients, people, and society.

As we work for fast-growing companies, like tech scale-ups, and dynamic family driven companies, you’ll:
  • Work closely together with the client and your team delivering transformational ERP projects in typical timeframes of 4 to 8 months.
  • Understand our client’s challenges and translate functional requirements into clear technical designs.
  • Comprehend business processes and user journeys and optimize them.
  • Challenge client requirements, and recommend qualitative designs.
  • Leverage native Odoo/NetSuite ERP capabilities with minimal customization. 
  • Design and develop extensions on top of the standard Odoo and NetSuite capabilities.
  • Integrate ERP platforms with the broader IT landscape of our clients.
  • Apply an agile methodology with its roles, artefacts and rituals.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate your work: analysis, documentation, solution design, development and problem-solving — it’s a core part of how we work.


Let's talk about you
  • You are a bachelor or master with a background in Business and/or Technology/ICT or any other relevant studies. 
  • You have experience in agile delivery and technology implementations.
  • A technical problem-solver who dares to challenge and wants to know “why”.
  • You have a proven technology background, have developer skills, data models have no secret to you.
  • Experience in ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central, F&O, SAP or others.
  • Experience in mid-market is a plus.
  • Integration and API’s are no mystery to you. When you hear SOAP and REST you don’t think about hygiene and sleep.
  • You embrace iteration and continuous learning.
  • You’re curious. You’re fascinated by how business processes work, how technology enables them and how to translate them into ERP solutions.
  • You are interested in leveraging AI tools for analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • You take ownership and are proactive.
