Your journey with us

• Working within client project teams in a hands-on way to deliver agentic AI solutions that address their complex needs.
• You contribute to the design of agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step business processes across industries.
• You develop and deploy containerized agentic applications using modern frameworks (Pydantic AI, LangGraph, etc.) on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake), with attention to monitoring, evaluation, and observability.
• You integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems — including data warehouses, APIs, and third-party platforms — keeping a strong focus on engineering best practices.
• You support process discovery and optimization workshops with stakeholders to identify and document high-value agentic use cases.
• You take ownership of specific analytical workstreams and present findings and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders.
• You translate business requirements into agentic process designs and communicate impact through KPIs, cost savings, and operational improvements.
• You provide various types of agentic AI services to clients, continuously evolving by learning new tools, methodologies, and diversifying your expertise.
• You identify and escalate risks related to AI implementation, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
• You contribute to practice development through case studies, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Let's talk about you:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, with a demonstrated ability to deliver quality outputs independently.

• Experience in cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake) with hands-on deployment experience

• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, and familiarity with LLM frameworks such as Pydantic AI or LangGraph.

• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, agent design patterns, evaluation, and observability.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), code quality practices, SQL, data pipelines, and API design.

• Ability to structure and present complex technical insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business challenges to technical solutions.

• Comfortable in client-facing settings and confident presenting your findings to project stakeholders.

• You are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
