As a Financial Advisor you will strengthen our team of region Zaventem. 

You will be a trusted advisor towards our clients, who thinks proactively and anticipate needs. In addition to managing client files, you will also closely collaborate & guide a multidisciplinary team of specialists, ensuring seamless service delivery and strategic financial guidance. In short, you will be a point of contact for your colleagues, as well as for our clients till C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. 
• Provide expert support on year-end closings, audit coordination, statutory reporting and tax compliance. 
• Utilise advanced, cloud-based tools to enhance financial reporting and advisory services.
• Design and implement innovative, future-proof financial ecosystems tailored to clients’ needs.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring efficient management and high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the go-to trusted advisor within a multidisciplinary team supporting larger Belgian corporates and non-for-profit organizations active in an international environment. 
• Collaborate closely with lawyers, tax specialists, and other advisors to expand the regional client portfolio.
• Mentor and support your team, fostering their growth in technical expertise and consulting skills.

Professional Experience & education: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Controlling.
• Master’s degree in Finance and/or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Taxation.
• Holder of, or willingness to obtain shortly, the ITAA (Institute of Tax Advisors and Accountants) certification.
• Strong proficiency in Dutch and/or French combined with excellent English skills.
