- Strong functional analysis skills related to digital transformation including experience with:
- Organising and leading client workshops at senior and operational level
- Capturing client requirements, e.g., through captivating user journeys, and translating these to implementation teams
- Analysis and modelling methodologies such as BPMN or UML
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Solid experience in digital identity and capabilities related to the identification and access management of external users, such as citizens, customers, or other external users (CIAM), incl. knowledge of and experience with:
- Typical processes related to CIAM, including user onboarding, credential management, federated access, and consent management.
- Good practices for authorisation models for customers, such as claims-based access control or modern alternatives such as policy-based access (PBAC).
- Designing and implementing organisational identity visions, strategies, and roadmaps
- Devising IAM and security policies, target operating models, roles and responsibilities, including knowledge of related risk and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO27k, NIS2, etc.).
- European and global innovations in citizen or customer identity management, such as the European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet, decentralised identity, or related capabilities like zero-knowledge proofing.
- Existing and upcoming use-cases for citizen and customer digital identity, such as Digital Travel Credentials, Mobile Drivers License, professional attestations, Identity Wallets for businesses, etc.
- European and international standards for digital identity, proofing, and related processes, e.g., ETSI TS 119 461, ISO 29-series, and the eIDAS Regulation (1183/2024)
- Knowledge of the CIAM vendor and solutions landscape at business level, depending on the capability (e.g., platform solutions such as Ping, and/or authentication solutions like Itsme)
- Experience in working in or with government and public sector organisations, at national or international level (European Commission), in relation to digital identity.
- You are open to work in an international environment and to travel if needed;
- You have fluent language skills in Dutch and English
- You have experience in managing a team and/or coaching and guiding of others
