Your journey with us

We are looking for someone who can bring internal communication within Tax & Legal to life.

Someone who knows how to communicate with impact, bring people together, and create events that people look forward to attending.

As our Internal Communications & Events Specialist, you make sure important messages get heard, milestones are celebrated, and colleagues stay connected to what’s happening across Tax & Legal. You'll have the autonomy to help shape how this practice communicates from the inside.

What your days look like?

You help shape our internal communications from strategy to execution. You decide what gets communicated, how it gets communicated, and through which channels.

From newsletters and SharePoint stories to leadership messages and Viva Engage posts, you create communications that people engage with.

You advise colleagues on how to communicate with clarity and confidence, and you’re the person they call when an important message needs to land.

You also play a key role in bringing our events to life. From Tax & Legal town halls and team days to milestone events and networking moments, you will coordinate everything needed to turn an idea into a successful event.

You manage timelines, communications, logistics and stakeholder coordination, making sure every detail is in place and every event runs smoothly.

  • You bring solid experience in internal communications, events or a similar role.
  • You know how to turn information into communication that people want to read.
  • Your writing has a voice: clear, warm and never generic.
  • You know how to make the most out of SharePoint, Viva Engage and Microsoft 365.
  • You have organised complex events and know what it takes to make them successful.
  • You stay calm under pressure, keep a clear head when plans change, and know how to find solutions when it matters most.
  • You are organised without being rigid, creative without being chaotic, and proactive without waiting to be asked.
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • You care about quality and have an eye for detail. 
  • You take pride in your work and are always looking for ways to make things better.
