The Junior Reward & Analytics officer will play an important role in the Reward & Analytics team, part of the Deloitte People & Purpose department (internal focus). 
We are looking for a junior that coordinates activities linked to our Flex reward plan, provides analytical support in various reporting domains: reward, workforce planning, budgeting, payroll, etc. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to ensure high data quality and accuracy; you need to be attentive to details and have the ability to understand the data generation process. At the same time, we also need a person that relates well with the multiple parties involved and communicates efficiently. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Flex reward plan: coordinate and maintain activities linked to our flex reward plan (review of benefits, tooling administration, communication, in collaboration with main stakeholders); provide recommendations and play a key role in implementing those.
  • Operational Support for Reporting and controls of Master Data, mobility- & benefit-related data.
  • Access Management support: Follow-up of operational processes, quality checks, periodic reviews.
  • Standard Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends in employee rewards and benefits.

  • Analytical Skills: analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in HR, reporting, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field.
