Your journey with us

As a Learning & Onboarding Operational Specialist reporting to and supported by the Learning & Onboarding services Lead, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Team & Stakeholder management
  • Act as a team player in our Learning and Onboarding services team, driving primarily Learning services
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a strong learning culture within the organization
  • Play an active role in Stakeholder management, being single point of contact for a specific Business Unit.

Operations
  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of learning and onboarding services
  • Facilitate learning experiences by scheduling sessions, coordinating instructors, and leveraging multiple delivery formats to maximize accessibility and engagement
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, external trainers, and internal facilitators to support program delivery.
  • Oversee learning program budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality learning initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders by communicating on learning programs and activities, delivering regular updates and reports on learning results to leaderships and the learning SPOC community
  • Organise business unit specific learning programs, directly supporting new hires in their transition into the organization and role.
  • Execute assigned workflows and contribute to workflow execution, tracking performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure a proactive risk management approach

Process Improvements & Projects
  • Support the implementation of new ways of working: assist in harmonizing processes, support process automation initiatives, and collaborate with our delivery network
  • Contribute to integrating best practices and improving our processes by:
    • Assisting in analysing and harmonizing cross-business units onboarding processes to ensure quality & efficiency
    • Contributing to building and maintaining strong knowledge management (documentation, manuals) & supporting transfer activities to our delivery network
  • Support key Learning & Onboarding projects under supervision

Let's talk about you

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in learning operations, onboarding, or HR services
  • Skilled at engaging and managing stakeholders through clear communication, active listening, expectation setting, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Process driven, hands-on, pragmatic (experience in process improvements is a plus)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Efficient, solution oriented, flexible, and eager to learn
  • Affinity for new technology, AI is a nice to have
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
