Your journey with us:
We are looking for a Manager to strengthen our team on Public Financial  projects and to lead conversations on critical client issues with CFOs and business leaders. 
You will support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Public Sector industry from strategy definition to implementation by:
  • Engage in quality discussions with C-suite clients, showcasing creativity and industry knowledge.
  • Provide clients with strategic insights and define initiatives and projects in digital finance transformation, performance management, system-integrated solution.
  • Independently deliver engagements, lead approach, liaise with stakeholders, and direct project teams in areas like Finance strategy and Planning.
  • Assess company performance through benchmarking with industry peers.
  • Define a structured roadmap for implementing improvements and a system-integrated vision of the target operating model.
  • Optimise finance processes in Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, or Closing & Consolidation.
  • Develop business by tailoring offers to customer needs, participating in industry events, supporting commercial initiatives, and producing thought leadership.
Let’s talk about you:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or the Public Sector, preferably in transport/mobility or civil government.
  • Expertise in finance organisation, controlling, processes, operating models, and finance tools.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead large, cross-functional projects.
  • Competency in business development, including proposal writing, pitching, and tailoring project approaches to clients' needs. 
  • Fluent in Dutch & English or French & English; knowledge of the other language is a plus.
