Role Summary: As a Manager specializing in Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in advising on and implementing advanced Total Rewards strategies. You will lead strategic client engagements, drive business growth and develop innovative solutions that align with market trends and client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored Total Rewards advice and understanding their business needs.
- Lead high-profile workshops, training sessions, and client engagements on best practices and strategic approaches in Total Rewards management.
- Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation frameworks and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and market practices.
- Ensure all programs comply with relevant legislation, provide strategic advice on regulatory changes, and conduct audits to mitigate risks.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, prepare executive-level reports, and leverage technology for enhanced analysis.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic plans, lead business development efforts, and execute go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and providing professional development opportunities.
Let’s Talk About You!
- At least 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits/reward consulting or related roles, with a Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, client engagement, project management, and go-to-market activities within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and one additional language (Dutch or French); proficiency in the second language is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality client engagements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis, market benchmarking tools, benefits management systems, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, provide high-impact solutions, and effectively manage projects to successful completion.
