Your journey with us

We are looking for a hands-on lawyer with around 5 years of relevant experience to join our Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team. 

The ideal candidate has experience with technology contracting in a professional services environment. Experience in public sector law is a plus. The role requires handling complex risk/contracting matters and providing practical advise, while working closely with 9 other team members. 

This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their expertise through hands-on advise in a dynamic, cross-border environment. If you thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling diverse risk topics, this position is for you.
  • Review, draft and negotiate different type of contracts (subcontracting, alliance, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, public tenders, etc.).
  • Work closely with and interact daily with practitioners on a variety of engagement related and risk management topics (e.g. business risks, proposals, contract templates; GDPR; proposal review…) and provide them with hands-on pragmatic advise.
  • Interact on a regular basis with other team members and coach the junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of legal and technological developments, e.g. GDPR/SaaS/Cloud/GenAI/DORA/NIS2, etc.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of QRM training (e.g. contract bootcamp, public sector, GDPR).
Let's talk about you
  • Master degree in Law with 3-5 years of legal and contract counseling, drafting and negotiation experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally fluent in Dutch and English NL/EN (spoken & written) with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in NL/EN. French is a plus.
  • Developed critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • A curious attitude with a commitment to staying up to date on legal trends.
  • Autonomous, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
